I arrived at Woodfire Lodge in Brillion off the country road tucked into the woods where Alisha and her girls were getting ready. The dresses were hung and they were getting hair and makeup done. Meanwhile the boys were getting into suits across the way and could not wait to take pictures with the hunting riffles. Dylan even surprised Alisha with her very own as a wedding gift.
Alisha’s father walked her down the little path in the middle of the woods to a birch arbor adorned with flowers, where Dylan could not hold back the tears as he watched his bride walk up to him. The day began with rain and clouds but as they exchanged vows under the alter and said I do the clouds parted and sunshine filled the sky. They do say rain on the wedding day will bring you good luck. The wedding party was troopers as we fought off the horse flies to capture their wedding portraits and they spent the whole wagon ride laughing and enjoying drinks. This wedding party sure knows how to party and have a good time because the reception was filled with many wonderful speeches and so much dancing.
A Huge thank you to all of the Vendors from the beautiful day:
